Welcome to InsightTax Bureau. These terms govern your use of our site and our provision of tax analysis and compliance services at insighttaxbur.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services, products, or content provided by InsightTax Bureau, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our offerings.

2. Services

InsightTax Bureau offers professional tax analysis and compliance services. Our services include review of documentation, preparation of forms, and advisory sessions tailored to client needs.

3. Digital Content

We may offer digital guides, templates, and training materials in downloadable format (“Digital Content”). Access is granted upon receipt of full fees.

4. Physical Goods

We may sell printed materials and manuals (“Goods”). Shipment occurs after order confirmation. Risk of loss transfers to you upon dispatch.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services, Digital Content, and Goods are listed on the site. Payment is due in full prior to delivery. We accept common payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

To request a refund for a service, contact us within 14 days of purchase and prior to completion. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may transfer the service to another date or assign it to another party at no extra cost.

Services commenced or completed are not eligible for a refund, as resources have been allocated specifically to your case.

6.2 Digital Content

Refund requests for Digital Content must be made within 7 days of purchase and before any download. Once files are accessed, no refund can be issued due to the nature of digital delivery.

6.3 Physical Goods

For unopened Goods, refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in original condition. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt. Return shipping is at your expense, unless a defect or error on our part is confirmed.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Service appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without fee up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.
